The question of "aesthetically more attractive" is quite individual. Some like an uncut penis; others do not.

The skin of the penis is very sensitive with lots of nerve endings. So is the head of the penis. But does it hurt more for an adult that a newborn? Or do people assume it doesn't matter because the newborn won't remember it?
