My husband and I raised grass-fed beef in Iowa for many years. I prefer to think of it as “richer” tasting v. gamey.

The secret, though, is cooking it for about 1/3 less time than corn-fed beef. It must be a bit rarer when eaten or it will seem tough. Keep it at least pink in the middle.
