Men are fascinated with their penises, and nothing brings them so much joy or produces more anxiety. They expect to be ready. Any time. Any place. With any partner. But insecurity torments them.

Men know very little about penises. We assume that men know everything about sex, but no one taught them what is normal. Most of what they’ve learned is in locker rooms, by watching porn, or from reading erotica. And why do men in committed relationships masturbate and watch porn?

The most reversible causes of erectile dysfunction are impossible expectations and a lack of understanding about what is normal as we age.
