I agree. I was recently accused of bisexual erasure when I was defending older men who’ve come out as gay. She said that I was guilty of bisexual erasure because these men were bisexual. They were men who’d had wives and have children. Our identity is OUR identity and not for anyone else to assign to us.

I was married to a woman and have children. For a short time, I thought I was bi. It didn’t last long. For ME, it was a time of transition, the only way I knew to explain my BEHAVIOR.

Behavior and identity are not always the same, even in the same individual.
